Ansys RaptorH is a specialized electromagnetic (EM) modeling tool for high-speed RF and digital System-on-Chip (SoC) designs, which integrates within the Ansys Workbench platform to provide a holistic, multiphysics workflow. It combines the silicon-optimized RaptorX engine with the industry-standard Ansys HFSS solver to handle complex silicon structures such as spiral inductors, power grids, and clock trees. 
While RaptorH primarily focuses on electromagnetic simulation, its integration within Ansys Workbench allows it to be linked with other Ansys solvers, including Explicit Dynamics (LS-DYNA or Autodyn) for analyzing high-speed impact and nonlinear deformation of electronic components.
